Long story short, you should not be missing any refunds that you see in your Seller Central account. HelloProfit was designed to capture your refunds, and it does so by indicating that a refund was made on the order. So when trying to view a specific refund, we recommend looking at the order date rather than the date of the refund. We do not show a specific line item for a refund within the Orders List, rather it is shown on the order itself.

You can specifically search for refunds within the Order List report (Main Menu > Orders > Order List). To find a refund you can search the order number, or even select "Refunds" radio button to specify just refunds.
