HelloProfit does not include Third Party Fulfilled Orders on the Merchant or Product Dashboards. Such Orders can be created for a wide variety of reasons outside the scope of Amazon. Further, they are reported by Amazon the same way Amazon reports Fulfillment Orders – which are similarly excluded, lest your daily Sales numbers appear grossly inflated on days when Fulfillment Orders are placed. Accordingly, Third Party Fulfilled Orders are not shown as Orders on the Merchant or Product Dashboards.

However, you may see ALL Orders, including Fulfillment or Third Party Orders, on your HelloProfit Order List, and all Fees incurred due to such Orders will be reflected properly in your bi-weekly Payout Reports as well.
