A known anomaly within Amazon's own reporting is that the Amazon Performance Over Time Report rarely matches up with the Amazon Performance By SKU report. The Sponsored Ad data you see in HelloProfit comes from the (most accurate) Performance By SKU report directly from Amazon. You can also go into your Advertising reports in Amazon and download the report for any given day (prior to today).
Then go into HelloProfit under Main Menu > Products > Sponsored Ad Cost List and you'll see that the HelloProfit matches up very nicely, since we're simply using the data Amazon has reported to us.
