​I Don't See My Sponsored Ad Cost

Often, merchants opt to have their Sponsored Ad Cost deducted right from their seller balance.

In this case, you will need to disable the Show Sponsored Ad Cost on the Payout Report so as to not have duplicate ad expenses deducted.

This can be done from the Merchant Dashboard Overview: Click on the 'Merchant Name' Options button in the upper right corner, and click on 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

There, you'll see under the section 'Payout Settings' a box you can check or uncheck to disable the Show Sponsored Ad Cost on the Payout Report.
