If you are not receiving expected emails from HelloProfit, please check your spam folder, and be sure to whitelist any email originating from the @helloprofit.com domain.

You can also find all of your tickets as well as our replies by clicking the orange Help button on any page on HelloProfit, and then select the green Tickets tab. There you will find all your previous & current tickets, and can read our replies/correspond there as well.
