If you have multiple variations for a product, in most categories only the variation that sells the most against a keyword will show in the results for that particular keyword. Thus HelloProfit will only find that one variation as ranking for that Keyword, and will report likewise.

There are some categories where multiple variations of the same product will show for the same Keyword search. In those cases, HelloProfit will show the ranking for each variation on their respective Product Dashboards.
