Lighting and Prime Deals are not technical promotions, in the sense that their orders do not carry a promotional code. Instead these are normal orders, but at a lower price.

Thus, before the orders on these deals actually ship (the point at which Amazon reports the discounted pricing) HelloProfit will report the sale at the normal price point. Again, once each order ships however, HelloProfit will retrieve the exact discounted pricing and apply it to those orders immediately.

If for any reason you find a specific order that was a Lightning or Prime Deal order that has shipped but does not reflect the discounted price, please forward that order number to our Support Team for investigation at support@helloprofit.com.
